Website and booking privacy

Updated September 24, 2026

This notice explains how Adlux Media, operated by LXM DIGITAL GROUP LLC, uses information to arrange your demo and, when you allow it, measure our website and advertising.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, appointment time and selected time zone. You may also provide a phone number. We keep booking status, appointment changes and records of appointment emails. If you reply to us, we receive the information in your reply.

How we use your information

We use these details to reserve your appointment, create a Google Calendar invitation and Google Meet link, send your confirmation and email reminders, prepare for the demo and respond to booking questions or change requests. We also use booking records and technical safeguards to prevent duplicate appointments and limit misuse of the booking form.

Providing a phone number is optional. Entering it does not sign you up for text messages.

Who can access it

The Adlux team handling your demo can access your booking details. Your calendar invitation includes your email address and the Adlux representative attending the meeting; appointment details are shared with those participants. Google processes booking information through Google Apps Script, Google Calendar, Google Meet and email services to provide scheduling and communications.

We do not sell your demo contact details to other call providers or insurance agencies. If you allow advertising measurement, we share limited event and matching information with Meta as described below.

Optional website and advertising measurement

You can allow or decline measurement through the website's privacy choices. Booking works either way. Until you allow measurement, we do not load the Meta Pixel or store advertising attribution. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to decline measurement.

When you allow it, we measure page and section views, testimonial playback, booking steps and confirmed appointments. We may store a random visitor identifier, Meta browser and ad-click identifiers, and campaign, ad and placement identifiers. We keep the first visit and most recent attributed source, together with a random visitor identifier, for up to 30 days in your browser. The session identifier lasts up to 24 hours in the current tab, and your privacy choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Our custom attribution records keep only approved campaign fields, the landing page path and the referring website's hostname, rather than arbitrary URL parameters or the contents of form fields.

The Meta Pixel sends events directly to Meta and may use ordinary browser and request information, including page and referral information, cookies and the network address of your connection. For a confirmed booking, our booking system can also send the event through Meta's Conversions API. To help match a booking to an ad interaction, we may send your normalized email address, an optional valid phone number and a random visitor identifier after hashing them. Hashing is a security measure; it does not make this information anonymous. We do not send your meeting link, appointment notes, form keystrokes, insurance-consumer information or the content of your messages as advertising events.

We use this measurement to understand which ads and website steps lead to appointments and, when recorded by our team, qualified enquiries and attendance. These records help us assess advertising performance. Meta processes the information under its Privacy Policy.

You can return to Privacy choices to change your preference. Declining after previously allowing stops new optional measurement from this browser and clears its stored attribution and accessible Meta cookies. If your just-completed booking is still open in the same booking session, we also request withdrawal of its unsent server events. Changing browser preferences does not recall information already sent, erase the appointment itself or automatically identify a booking from a previous session. Contact us if you want help with records we retain.

Keeping and updating your information

We keep booking information as needed to arrange meetings, handle follow-up and maintain our business records. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your booking information. Some records may need to be retained to resolve an outstanding matter or meet applicable obligations.

To ask about your appointment or request a change, reply to your confirmation email or contact raleigh@ctrldigitalgroup.com.
